Guided Fly Fishing Trips

It is my pleasure to introduce anglers to what I feel is the finest trout fishing in the world. Our streams may not have the biggest or the most trout, but they have wild trout that feed all year- and that makes them challenging! If you can catch trout in central Pennsylvania, you can catch them anywhere- I truly believe that and I’ve caught a few in my day.

The wild resources of central Pennsylvania are the real attraction and our business model is to promote the resource and create an appreciation for the natural fly fishing bounty that exists here. We don’t make guarantees about the catching and the only thing I will guarantee is that our guide service is one of the most technically proficient services you’ll ever find in the fly fishing business.

Our full time, professional staff is the best in the business and services the Little Juniata River, Penn’s Creek, Spring Creek and many smaller streams in the region. As mentioned, we have leases on Spruce Creek and Spring Creek for private, stocked fishing.

Our service includes ALL FLIES AND TERMINAL TACKLE. Our fisheries can be technical, so our staff can be quite particular about the way your rod is rigged up right from the get-go. We will affix a freshly tied leader to your line to begin the day and make adjustments to it throughout the day. Of course you are free to fish in any fashion that is legal if you choose to fish your own rig.

Beverages and a streamside lunch will be provided, and every effort will be made to keep you safe and comfortable throughout the day.

A typical day lasts 8 to 10 hours. We will not walk off the stream if the fishing is good.
